Delete your Daily Ping account

Request permanent deletion of your Daily Ping account and the personal data associated with it.

1. Delete your account in the app

  1. Sign in to Daily Ping.
  2. Open Profile.
  3. Open Settings.
  4. Select Delete account.
  5. Enter DELETE and confirm the deletion.

Your account and active Daily Ping account data are deleted when the in-app request completes.

2. Request deletion without the app

If you cannot access the app, email support@dailyping.net with the subject “Daily Ping account and data deletion.”

  1. Send the request from the email address registered to your Daily Ping account where possible.
  2. Include the registered email address needed to identify your account.
  3. We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.

Never send your password or a verification code. We will confirm when the deletion is complete.

3. Data that is deleted

Completing account deletion removes:

  • Your Daily Ping account and authentication record.
  • Your name, email address, phone number, and optional address.
  • Your saved trusted-contact names, email addresses, phone numbers, and relationships.
  • Your settings, time zone, country or region, and onboarding status.
  • Your check-in timestamps, check-in history, and alert-history records.

Scheduled check-ins, reminders, and alerts associated with the deleted account stop.

4. Data that may be kept

Daily Ping does not keep active account data after deletion is complete, so there is no additional Daily Ping account-data retention period.

Messages already delivered to you or your trusted contacts cannot be removed from recipients' inboxes or devices. Email, SMS, WhatsApp, cloud-hosting, and authentication providers may retain limited message-delivery, security, backup, or legally required records under their own retention policies. Support correspondence is retained only as long as needed to complete the request and meet applicable legal obligations.

Deleting your Daily Ping account does not delete your Google or Apple account. Uninstalling Daily Ping or revoking social-sign-in access does not by itself delete your Daily Ping account.
